Placement Procedure

Summer Internship
Students have to undergo a two months summer stint in the industry during May and June after completion of their first two semesters. This interaction helps the students to understand and experience the work environment in a practical sense and to connect theory to practice.
Final Placements

Final Placements
BVIMSR initiates its final placement process with our students moving into the third semester. This year we are commencing our recruitment drive from October. Our 120 students under the MMS program have opted for specialization in Finance, HR, Marketing and Operations.
The response sheet attached at the end of the brochure can be filled in with your requirements. The same would help us to plan your visit to our Campus.

Recruitment Process At BVIMSR

BVIMSR allows a student to accept only ONE offer throughout the placement process. Thereafter, the students exit the placement process. You are allowed to make a "Spot Offer" to any student you deem fit. Please do inform the placement cell about the same on completion or during the process to ensure adherence by students.
We request you to inform the placement cell and the student (s), you have interviewed about the status of their selection within 1 month from the date of interview.
We request you to give the Formal Offer Letter within 7 days of informing us of the Students selection.
Students are required to confirm their respective confirmation or rejection of job offers as per your deadline.

Placement Policy

You may use the Placement Brochure as a reference to appreciate and understand the student profiles. Also please channel all the communication related to placements only through the Placement Cell.
